Kendo Drawer is not navigating to a specific view in the end it is just become close when click on any link of navigation

I updated my Css and js according to kendo professioanl using the kendo.all.min.js and jquery and css but the porblem is that views on drawer is not navigating  to specific view I am not using the hybrid view in place of navigating to another view it is  just closing the drawer . I even  used both methods of   js function (){ "windows.location.href="#viewname"}
 as well as your kendo like href =#viewname on anchor tag as it was before Please figure out the problem where i m missing I was using kendo transition but in the end i closed them but no vain 

Please figure it out the problem it is coming in all my android devices where is the problem in drawer navigation
