MenuStrip's shortcut keys doesn't work in RadDock

Hi all

When I use RadDock control then Menustrip's shortcut keys in child forms (the forms that open in documentcontainer of raddock)
don't work ,but when the focus on the Menustrip , shortcut keys  work correctly.
How can  I solve it ?
